TC collects Personal Information when it is voluntarily provided when individuals use TC websites and Services, especially when individuals contact TC Support and Client Success Team.
The form to apply for a position within TC contains the following information: Complete name, email, phone number, employers, education, hyperlink.
TC may also receive an individual’s Curriculum vitae for employment opportunities within organization. The CV may include, but not limited to, the following data : “Contact details”, “Nationality and working visa details”, “Personal summary”, “Skills summary”, “Work Experience”, “Education and training”, “Hobbies”, and “References”. This data will only be accessed by authorized employees, and solely for the purpose of evaluating an individual’s application.
Automatically collected data
When you browse our websites, we automatically collect certain information such as:
- the device and browser used;
- the IP address;
- the date and time of your navigation;
- the pages you have visited, your browsing history;
- operating systems and other details to analyse trends, and to administer and improve TC websites.
As part of the computerized management of the TC customer base, TC automatically logs data.

How secure is an individual’s data?
TC does not sell Users Personal Information to third parties.
We may share data for the sole purpose of our activities:
- Internally, with the departments authorized to carry out these missions;
- With TC service providers and business partners solely for provision of TC Services to Users. The purposes for which TC may disclose Users Personal Information or data to TC service providers may include but are not limited to, web analytics and payment processing. These service providers are authorized to use Users Personal Information or data only as necessary to provide these services to TC. For example, for the application, TC uses the services of the provider Freshteam.
- With competent public authorities. Users acknowledge that laws in various jurisdictions in which TC operates may obligate TC to disclose User information and the contents of a user account to local law enforcement authorities under a legal process or an enforceable government request. In addition, TC may disclose Personal Information and contents of a user account to law enforcement authorities if such disclosure is determined to be necessary by TC in our sole and absolute discretion, for protecting the safety of TC Users, employees, or the general public.
Is your personal data transferred outside the European Union?
TC works with subcontractors and suppliers under conditions that may lead to this type of data transfer. We implement all necessary technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure that these transfers are safe (in particular we may sign data protection agreements, standard contractual clauses). We evaluate our subcontractors. They may also apply adequacy decisions in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR.
