Lilian is a seasoned customer success executive with 15+ years in FinTech, known for delivering measurable outcomes and driving global customer growth across banking, trading, and market intelligence. Prior to joining Trading Central, she led the  customer support teams of two Online Broker houses. She holds a Master's Degree in Economic and Business Administration from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.

As the Global Director of Customer Success, Lilian excels in creating value and meaningful relationships with customers, while managing international, multi-cultured teams in the investment industry.
